Job summary

DGS Group Builders And Developers in Mumbai is seeking a Store Keeper to manage on-site material flow, receiving and recording items, and ensuring inventory integrity within ERP/SAP. You will generate GRNs, track stock levels, and coordinate with QA, procurement, and site engineers to support timely project delivery.

The role emphasizes strict HSE compliance, accurate documentation, and daily/weekly stock reconciliations to avoid delays across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must-Have ERP and SAP MM experience for materials management.
• Strong inventory control and reconciliation capabilities.
• Experience with GRN, PR, MIN, and delivery documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and compliant storage practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming construction materials and equipment, matching deliveries to POs and preparing GRNs in ERP/SAP.
• Issue materials against MIIs, maintain bin cards and stock registers, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Generate PRs, Debit Notes, MIN, Gate Passes, and Delivery Challans with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with QA, Procurement, and Site Engineers to ensure material quality and traceability.
• Monitor stock levels, flag slow-moving items, and trigger replenishment to prevent delays.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE, store cleanliness, organized storage, and audit-ready records.

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment—matching deliveries against approved POs and preparing accurate GRNs in ERP/SAP.
• Process material issuance against approved MIIs, maintain Bin Cards, stock registers, and reconcile physical inventory with system records through daily/weekly/monthly verifications.
• Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Debit Notes, Material Issue Notes, Gate Passes, and Delivery Challans—ensuring full documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with QA, Procurement, and Site Engineers to ensure materials meet quality standards, are stored per layout, and are traceable via labeling and identification systems.
• Monitor stock levels, flag slow-moving/damaged items, and trigger timely replenishment to prevent project delays—supporting uninterrupted material flow across sites.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE protocols, store cleanliness, organized storage, and adherence to digital documentation standards for internal/external audits.
