Job summary

Esson Landmarks And Ventures is seeking a Stores Incharge to manage store operations at construction sites/offices. You will receive, store, and issue materials, maintain records, and ensure inventory accuracy to support project execution.

The role requires careful stock control, coordination with procurement and site engineers, and strict adherence to safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations at the site/project.
• Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity and quality as per purchase orders.
• Maintain proper inward and outward material records.
• Ensure safe storage and proper handling of construction materials.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management regarding shortages or reorder requirements.
• Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and material issue slips.
• Coordinate with the procurement and site engineering teams for material requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of GRN, challans, and invoices.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Handle tools, machinery, and equipment records efficiently.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures at the site/store.
