Job summary

Ravi Organics in India seeks a warehouse inventory coordinator to manage incoming materials, storage, and issuances against requisitions. The role focuses on accurate stock recording in ERP and physical registers, routine reconciliation, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices.

You will prepare GRN, stock reports, and delivery challans, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the Purchase department for timely replenishment. Supervising warehouse staff and maintaining 5S compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Prepare GRN, Material Issue Slips, Stock Reports, and Delivery Challans.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for replenishments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and 5S compliance.
