Job summary

Future Trends Constructions Infrastructure Llp seeks a Store Incharge / Store Assistant for our project site in Hyderabad. You will manage day-to-day store operations, material receipt, storage, issue, stock control, documentation, and coordination with project and procurement teams.

The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in construction/site stores, strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory systems, and good communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 4+ years' experience in construction project site stores.
• Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Experience handling Civil/MEP/Electrical/Plumbing materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day construction site store operations.
• Receive and verify materials against POs, delivery challans and material requisitions.
• Maintain records of inward/outward, transfers and returns.
• Prepare MRN/GRN and material issue documentation.
• Maintain stock records for cement, steel, blocks, sand, aggregates, electrical, plumbing, MEP, hardware and other materials.
• Issue materials to site teams and contractors against approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Purchase/Procurement for material requirements and track consumption.
• Prepare stock/movement reports and support stock audits.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of the store.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Store Incharge and Store Assitant to manage day-to-day store and material management activities at our construction project site. The candidate will be responsible for material receipt, storage, issue, stock control, documentation, and coordination with project and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day construction site store operations.
• Receive and verify materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans and Material Requisitions.
• Maintain proper records of material inward, outward, transfers and returns.
• Prepare MRN/GRN and material issue documentation.
• Maintain stock records for cement, steel, blocks, sand, aggregates, electrical, plumbing, MEP, hardware, consumables and other construction materials.
• Issue materials to site teams and contractors against approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, identification and preservation of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase/Procurement for material requirements.
• Track material consumption, shortages, damages and wastage.
• Maintain records of tools, equipment, PPE and returnable materials.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Procurement, QA/QC, Accounts and Project Management teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and material movement reports.
• Support internal and external stock audits.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of the store.
• Supervise Store Helpers/Assistants and ensure smooth store operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in construction/project site stores.
• Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Experience in handling Civil/MEP/Electrical/Plumbing materials will be an added advantage.
