Job summary

Century Real Estate in Bengaluru is seeking a Store Incharge to manage site materials and inventory, ensuring accurate stock records and uninterrupted project execution. You will receive, inspect, record, and store construction materials, issue items against MRN, and coordinate with procurement, engineers, and logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.

The role requires strict safety compliance, proper housekeeping, and diligent stock verification, with regular reporting through stock registers

Qualifications

• Experience in store/inventory management in construction or related sectors.
• Strong record-keeping and stock verification abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials as per PO and delivery challans.
• Maintain proper storage, stacking, and preservation of materials at site stores.
• Issue materials against approved material requisition notes (MRN).
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Maintain stock registers, GRNs, bin cards, and inventory reports.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper housekeeping within the store area.
• Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and logistics teams.
• Track consumables, tools, and equipment movement
