Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in Dark Store / Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Warehouse / Last Mile Operations.
• Must have dark store experience.
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dark store.
• Handle inventory management, stock accuracy, inward/outward, reconciliation, damages, and wastage.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
• Manage rider hiring, onboarding, attendance, and daily allocation.
• Ensure adequate rider availability based on order volume.
• Monitor rider productivity and last-mile delivery performance.
• Coordinate with riders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to SLA.
• Manage store staff and ensure compliance with operational SOPs.
• Track inventory variance, order fulfillment, cancellation, and delivery metrics; resolve issues and coordinate with central ops teams.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and overall operational discipline.
