Job summary

Eimco Elecon in India is seeking a Warehouse/Storekeeper to oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely replenishment for maintenance and operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update stock of engineering spare parts, consumables, and tools to ensure availability for ongoing operations and maintenance.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock and with vendors for quality supplies.
• Ensure safety standards are followed in storage and handling of materials.
• Maintain proper labeling and organization within the store to prevent damage and facilitate retrieval.
• Oversee daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels for timely replenishment.
• Handle material requisitions and manage procurement processes.
• Resolve material-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
