• HSD Issue & Physical verification.
• Stores & Spares Physical as per CFD Circular.
• Dummy code location & Items to be updated in SAP.
• Inter unit in & out S&S as per STO - Inventory Rationalisation.
• Returnable gate pass follow up / Chargeable invoice.
• Stores & Spares consumption dept. wise.
• Shelf life items & Min/Max items status & PR
• Inventory mail to other group units - Obsolete, Surplus, NM.
• Cylinders Accounting.
• Compliance software update
