Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a store operations professional to oversee development, management, and inventory control in Surat. The role emphasizes SAP MM hands-on skills, GRN and packing processes, and maintaining accurate MIS records for goods receipt and invoice matching.

Your responsibilities include daily store operations, tool handling, and ensuring safety compliance, while leading a small team and guarding against theft or waste. This position is on-site in Gujarat, India.

Responsibilities

• Store development and management, SAP management, GRN preparation, inventory management, SES creation, packing management, packing list preparation, audits handling, SAP MM hands-on, MIS reporting, goods receipt and invoice receipt, transportation management, handling and storage of equipment, and packing & preservation.
• Store development tasks including shop tools handling and ordering for store equipment.
• Material management and control.
• Daily operations: open/close the store, keep the shop clean, and enforce safety rules.
• Staff leadership: hire, train, schedule shifts, and motivate team members.
• Stock control: count inventory, order products, prevent theft or waste.
