Chandra Electricals in Aurangabad, Bihar seeks an experienced Storekeeper to manage end-to-end store operations, including inward receipt, outward issuance and stock control of electrical components used in panels.

You will maintain inventory records in Excel/ERP, perform daily stock monitoring and monthly audits, ensure 5S and safety in the store, and coordinate closely with Purchase, Production and Accounts to keep material flow smooth.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complete Store operations: Inward, Outward, Stock management and documentation.
• Receive material as per PO, invoice, challan and ensure proper entry in inward register/ERP.
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, binning and rack arrangement.
• Issue material to Production as per Material Requisition / BOM requirement.
• Maintain stock of all electrical items used in panels (ACB/MCCB/MCB, relays, meters, terminals, cables, etc.).
• Maintain inventory records in Excel/ERP and update stock regularly.
• Conduct daily stock monitoring and monthly physical stock audit.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform Purchase for shortage/urgent requirements.
• Control slow-moving and non-moving stock and report to management.
• Handle rejected/return material and maintain returnable records.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Accounts for smooth material flow.
• Guide, train and supervise the store team and ensure proper system, discipline, accuracy and timely work.
• Ensure 5S, safety and cleanliness in store area.
