Job summary

Siddha Group Jaipur is seeking an organized inventory professional in India to manage material flow using ERP, ensure stock accuracy, and support project procurement. The role involves indent and GRN preparation, stock checks, and daily reporting.

Responsibilities include supplier coordination for timely deliveries, updating databases, reconciliation with challans, and maintaining minimum stock levels to sustain operations. On-site role in Maharashtra region.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of ERP software; preparation of material indent and GRN
• Check-in of material inward and outward; perform inventory inspections and record supplies and stock as necessary
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm or change orders; update internal databases with order details
• Follow up with suppliers and purchasing department for material delivery
• Verify material balance in store; count quantities and reconcile with challan
• Issue material to contractor and keep stock records; prepare material stock reports
• Regular monitoring of material management, availability, minimum stock values, store management and day-to-day consumption

• Regular monitoring the matrial management, availability, minimum stock values, store managements and day to day material consumption
