Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage end-to-end store operations across inbound, outbound, and last-mile activities. You will oversee dark store operations, inventory control, and rider onboarding while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires 16 years of logistics or supply chain experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Excel for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 16 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience in Last Mile Operations, Dark Store Operations, Inventory Management, Rider Onboarding & Management.
• Strong understanding of Gurugram's geographical locations, routes, and pin codes.
• Good knowledge of warehouse/store operations and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound activities.

• Manage inventory, including stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate rider onboarding, documentation, training, and daily rider management.
• Ensure optimal rider availability to meet delivery SLAs.
• Monitor store productivity and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping, and store discipline.
