Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a retail sales professional with 4 years of experience in B2C brands to drive daily targets and manage store operations end to end.

The candidate should have excellent communication, be able to communicate in multiple languages, and demonstrate passion for sales while supporting merchandising, stock audits, customer satisfaction and KPI achievement. Benefits include Provident Fund, overtime allowance and medical insurance.

• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & rooster for salesexecutives

• Develop and arrange promotional material andin-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Stock Management
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Key tasks

• Sales
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collectionteam.
• Stock Audits
• Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis
• DSR and daily checklists.
• Monitoring staff performance.
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
