Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] invites enthusiastic retail professionals to join our Surat outlet as a Sales Associate. You will welcome customers, present products, and guide them to identify the right fragrance while ensuring store standards and merchandising.

Your role emphasizes achieving daily targets, maintaining exceptional customer service, and supporting stock and promotions. Freshers welcome; multilingual communication is a plus in our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years experience in retail sales.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.

• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
