Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Mumbai is seeking a Sales Associate to help drive store targets and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will handle daily store operations, greet customers, present MYOP products, and support promotions.

• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction

• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at store timing
• Maintaining accurate records
• Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
• Completion of all KPIs as defined by the organization.

• Stock Audits
• Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis
• DSR and daily checklists.
• Monitoring staff performance.
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages
