Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Bengaluru is seeking a retail sales professional to engage customers, demonstrate perfumes, and assist them in choosing the right fragrance. The role emphasizes strong communication and multi-language abilities, with responsibilities spanning in-store merchandising, stock management, and customer support.

Freshers welcome; graduates with 2 years of retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales; Freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Invite customers to outlet and introduce them to MYOP.
• Demonstrate and present products; help identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; stock audits.
• DSR and daily checklists; place stock requests to HO; receive stock.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when required.

• Validating and receiving stock.

Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required

Qualification

• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
