Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a Store In-Charge for its Broadway Bandra outlet in Mumbai. You will manage daily store operations, plan staff rosters, execute sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and merchandising discipline.

The role requires graduates with 4 years of retail sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to converse in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & roster for sales executives.
• On the floor execution of sales strategy from the organization.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
• Completion of all KPIs as defined by the organization.
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching).
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
