Job summary

Teemage Precast is seeking a store/inventory specialist to manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. You will verify materials against PO, challans, and invoices, maintain proper storage and labeling, and produce regular stock movement reports.

The role requires coordinating with procurement, production, maintenance, and other departments, while upholding 5S and safety standards and supporting audits and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials as per company standards.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes , material issue slips, and other store-related documentation.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments for timely material availability.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards within the store area.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
• Assist in internal and external inventory audits by providing necessary records and documentation.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store efficiency and inventory control.
