Genius Consultants in Pune (Talegaon) invites applications for the Store Asst / Jr. Officer role. The incumbent will manage RM store activities, ensure timely invoicing, and support PPC planning with SAP and physical stock checks.

The ideal candidate holds a B Com or DME, with at least 1 year in EMS company stores, and a good grasp of SAP, 5S, Kaizen and Kanban practices.

Formación

• Experience in EMS company stores and electronics manufacturing.
• Familiar with inventory control and material handling processes.
• Basic SAP knowledge and store management concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Process RM store activity and good receipt with SAP and physical checks.
• Submit invoices to Accounts timely and maintain records.
• Issue daily RM to production per PPC planning (SAP 20% & 80% physical).
• Distribute consumables and parts to assembly per request with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile physical vs system stock.
• Capture daily activities and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct monthly physical stock verification and analysis.
• Uphold safety, 5S, Kaizen, FIFO and item shelf-life controls.

Designation: Store Asst / Jr. Officer

Location: Pune (Talegaon)

Role Description:

• RM Store Activity Good Receipt. (SAP 20 % & Physical 80 %)
• Timely submission of invoice to Accounts and keep the record.
• Issue Daily Raw Material to production team as per the PPC Planning. (SAP 20 % & Physical 80 %)
• Issue Consumable, RM &Child Parts to assembly team as per request. (Physical -100 %)
• To maintain accuracy in Inventory. (SAP 20 % & Physical 80 %)
• Keeping control of day-to-day activity and documentation.
• Monthly Physical Stock verification and analysis for Physical VS System Stock.
• Responsible for Zero Accident, Incident and near Miss.
• Maintain 5'S, Kaizen and FIFO. Maintaining the self-life items.

Requirements & Skill Sets:

• B Com / DME
• At least 1 year of experience in Stores activity
• Experience should be in EMS company stores. (Electronics Manufacturing)
• Should have basic knowledge of SAP system.
• Should have basic knowledge of material handling equipment & process.
• Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, KANBAN etc.
