Job summary

Ushodaya Enterprises in Telangana, Anajpur invites applications for an inventory/store role. You will handle day-to-day store activities, maintain stock records, issue materials, conduct stock verification, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Ideal candidates are graduates with 2–4 years in Stores/Inventory operations, with MS Excel proficiency and ERP/SAP exposure. FMCG/manufacturing exposure is preferred and strong record-keeping skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Stores/Inventory operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, Manufacturing or similar industries is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic inventory processes.
• Good communication, coordination and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store activities: receiving, storage, issuing, stock maintenance.
• Verify quantity, quality and documents for incoming materials.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory records; prepare stock reports and GRN.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, Maintenance and other departments.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO storage and safe housekeeping.
• Assist in periodic stock verification and audits.

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store activities, including material receiving, storage, issuing, and stock maintenance.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and supporting documents.
• Maintain stock registers, inward/outward records, and inventory documentation.
• Issue materials to various departments as per approved requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, stacking, and arrangement of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system/records.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about shortages, excess, or slow-moving items.
• Prepare GRN, material issue notes, stock reports, and other store-related documents.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, Maintenance, and other departments for material requirements.
• Follow proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping.
• Support monthly/periodic inventory audits and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records for tools, consumables, spare parts, and general materials.
• Ensure materials are stored safely to avoid damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Assist in maintaining ERP/SAP or computerized inventory records, if applicable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Stores/Inventory operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, Manufacturing or similar industries will be an advantage.
• Should have good knowledge of MS Excel and basic inventory processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
