Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants in Vasai seeks a male candidate for a store and inventory role with 6-day working and day shift. The role requires handling general store materials, ERP invoicing, and stock control, with a CTC of 3.5 LPA.

Qualifications

• Experience in store and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of general store materials, consumables, and engineering items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the ERP system.
• Ensure timely material issuance to Production, Maintenance, Admin, and other departments.
• Perform Goods Receipt (GRN) and verify materials against POs and invoices.
• Conduct periodic stock verifications and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation for inward/outward material movements.
• Monitor min/max stock levels and coordinate with Procurement for replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and housekeeping in stores area.
• Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely receipt of materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Support audits with documentation and records.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely receipt of materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and inventory records.
