Job summary

Jash Engineering Limited in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an experienced Stores/Inventory professional to manage receipt, inspection, storage and dispatch of materials. The role requires hands-on SAP Stores / Inventory transactions and coordination across production, planning, and finance functions.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in Stores/Warehouse/Inventory Management, with preference for those from heavy engineering or fabrication sectors.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Stores / Warehouse / Inventory Management.
• Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in manufacturing / heavy engineering / fabrication industry preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Stores / Inventory transactions is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities related to material receipt, inspection coordination, storage, preservation, issue, and dispatch.
• Perform day-to-day SAP transactions related to Stores / Inventory Management.
• Monitor minimum / maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
• Experience in handling materials commonly used in heavy fabrication.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, Finance, and Projects for material requirements.
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock and inventory reports.

• Perform day-to-day SAP transactions related to Stores / Inventory Management.

3. Inventory Control

• Monitor minimum / maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.

4. Raw Material & Fabrication Stores

• Experience in handling materials commonly used in heavy fabrication

5. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, Finance, and Projects for material requirements.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock and inventory reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
