Job summary

Krsnaa Diagnostics in Pune is looking for an inventory and materials executive to manage inbound and outbound materials, verify quantities and quality against PO/invoices, and prepare GRNs in the ERP. You will maintain stock records, follow FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate with QA, production, and logistics to ensure timely dispatches.

• Receive incoming materials from suppliers and transporters.
• Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against PO, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update in ERP.
• Coordinate with Quality team for material inspection and acceptance.
• Store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval; maintain inventory in ERP and physical registers.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor stock levels.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verifications.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and expired inventory.
• Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods/materials as per dispatch schedule.
• Prepare dispatch documents (delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills if applicable, packing lists, transport documents).
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments.
• Maintain inward, outward, dispatch, and inventory records; liaise with Purchase, Production, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Assist during audits and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

• Store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and physical registers. Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.
• Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verification.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and expired inventory.
• Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods/materials as per dispatch schedule.
• Prepare dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills (if applicable), packing lists, and transport documents. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments.
• Maintain all inward, outward, dispatch, and inventory records. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
