Job summary

Flow Control Commune is seeking a stores/warehouse role to manage incoming materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with production and purchasing teams. The candidate will ensure proper storage, safe handling, and accurate ERP updates, while supporting stock audits and dispatch activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials from suppliers and check quantity and condition.
• Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.
• Update stock details in ERP/system.
• Issue materials to production as per requirement.
• Maintain GRN, issue slips and other stores documents.
• Conduct regular stock checking and report shortages.
• Keep the stores area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Quality teams.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
• Support stock audits and physical verification.
• Handle packing and dispatch activities when required.
• Follow company safety and stores procedures.
