Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify them against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and other documents.
• Prepare and process GRN/MRN.
• Maintain accurate stock records for all materials.
• Prepare daily stock movement and inventory status reports.
• Provide timely updates on material availability and stock levels to management.
• Maintain inventory reports, stock registers, and transaction records.
• Perform daily inward and outward entries in ERP software and maintain supporting records.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Store Executive is responsible for managing all inward and outward material transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing GRN/MRN entries, and ensuring timely updates in the ERP system. The role involves coordination with suppliers, production, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow and stock accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE S

• Receive incoming materials and verify them against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and
• Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) / MRN (Material Receipt Note).
• Maintain accurate stock records for all materials.
• Prepare daily stock movement and inventory status reports.
• Provide timely updates on material availability and stock levels to management.
• Maintain inventory reports, stock registers, and transaction records.
• Perform daily inward and outward entries in ERP software & maintain supporting records.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of ERP software and inventory management systems.
• Understanding of GRN, MRN, stock management, and warehouse operations.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
