Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a diligent store/warehouse professional to manage daily material inward/outward activities, inspect and store materials, and maintain essential store documents. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel and SAP/ERP, with emphasis on inventory accuracy.

Candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong documentation and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• SAP/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of inventory management and material handling.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant preferred.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily material inward and outward activities.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per requirements.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, and other store documents.
• Maintain proper records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and packing materials.
• Update material transactions in SAP
• Conduct physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FIFO and proper material storage practices.
• Maintain bin locations, material identification, tagging, and systematic arrangement.
• Issue materials to Production and Maintenance departments as required.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Support stock reconciliation, audits, and inventory counting.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the store area.
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
