Responsibilities

• Logistics & documentation: receive, inspect, and prepare documentation for dispatches (delivery notes, STN).
• Stock management: conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP records.
• Production support: issue materials to production based on requests and plans.
• Safety & housekeeping: ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and safety compliance in the store area.
• Record keeping: maintain logs of inventory movement, non-moving items, and scrap; report to management.
• Vendor coordination: coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage returns.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Inventory Control: Manage raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods, maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Logistics & Documentation: Receive incoming goods, inspect materials with Quality Assurance (QA), and prepare documentation for dispatches, such as delivery notes and Stock Transfer Notes (STN)
• Stock Management: Conduct regular physical stock verification (daily/monthly/annual) and reconcile with ERP system records.
• Production Support: Issue materials to production based on authorized requests and production plans.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and safety compliance in the store area.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of inventory movement, non-moving items, and scrap, and provide regular reports to management.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage returns.
