Job summary

Kirti Developers is seeking a Material Controller to manage incoming materials, verify against POs and delivery challans, and generate GRNs in ERP.

The role requires thorough knowledge of construction materials and units of measurement, proficiency in Tally ERP, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally ERP system.
• Deep understanding of construction materials and units of measurement (e.g., MT for steel, Bags for cement, Brass for sand).
• Strong negotiation skills and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming materials and verify against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans in ERP.
• Physically verify quantity and quality on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure proper stacking and labeling to prevent material degradation.
• Generate GRN in ERP.
