Malwa Infracon Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Inventory Clerk to manage construction material stocks and ensure accurate records. The role involves coordinating with site teams, verifying requisitions and invoices, and updating stock data in ERP/Excel systems.

You will track receipts, issues, and transfers to sites, assist in stock reconciliation, and prepare inventory reports, while coordinating with suppliers and the procurement team to meet project needs. In-person work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction material stock records and inventory data.
• Coordinate with site teams for material requirements and dispatches.
• Verify material requisitions, invoices, GRNs, and delivery challans.
• Update stock registers in Excel/ERP.
• Track material receipts, issues, and transfers to sites.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams.
