Qualifications

• Minimum of 25 years experience.
• Experience in process equipment manufacturing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and detail manufacturing drawings for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Process Equipment.
• Perform design calculations as per applicable codes.
• Review customer specifications, datasheets, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchase, and Project teams for smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and inspection activities.

Skills

Knowledge of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Tank, and Process Equipment Design

Familiarity with ASME Section VIII Div. 1, API 650, TEMA, and welding/fabrication practices

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Inventor, and MS Office

Ability to prepare fabrication drawings, BOMs, and design calculations

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience: 25 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and detail manufacturing drawings for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Reactors, and Process Equipment.
• Perform design calculations as per ASME Section VIII Div. 1, API 650, TEMA, and applicable codes.
• Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and material requisitions.
• Review customer specifications, datasheets, PIDs, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchase, and Project teams for smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support during fabrication, inspection, and testing activities.
• Address shop‑floor queries and prepare engineering change documents when required.
• Ensure drawings and documents are issued as per project schedules.
• Support customer discussions, technical clarifications, and drawing approvals.
• Maintain design records, calculations, and project documentation.

Skills Required
