Job summary

Radiant Heat Exchangers Pvt. Ltd. in Pune District, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to lead design and fabrication drawing activities for U-stamp projects.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience in heat exchanger and pressure vessel manufacturing and strong knowledge of PV Elite and AutoCAD. You will review customer specifications, prepare GA and BOM, and interact with clients and third parties to ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, PED, IBR and EN codes.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech is required.
• Experience with ASME, TEMA, PED, IBR, EN codes and NACE for static equipment.
• Knowledge of GA and manufacturing drawing, BOM, and procurement specs.
• ASME audit experience is required.
• Strong customer communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications for U-stamp projects.
• Design mechanically using PV Elite software.
• Prepare fabrication drawings and work orders for material procurement.
• Prepare material specifications per ASME for U-stamp jobs.
• Check fabrication drawings and BOM; coordinate with clients and AI for approvals.

• 1. Knowledge of PV elite software & auto cad required.

• 3. Checking of GA & manufacturing drawing, component drawing, purchase material specification i.e. BOM.
• 4. ASME audit experience.
• 5. Customer communication skills.
• 6. Interaction with TPI for U stamp, IBR jobs required.
• 7. Knowledge of different customer specifications.
• 8. Team handling, planning of work done, achievement of targets.
• 9. Interpersonal Communication with teams and other departments.
