Job summary

SIP Academy India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Franchise & Business Development professional to lead franchisee onboarding, admissions growth, and retention across multiple regions.

You will appoint and manage franchisees/dealers, build their capabilities to scale, and drive profitability through targeted marketing spends while leading a team of 5–7 professionals. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential, with 11–12 years of relevant experience in telecom, banking, or insurance sectors
