Job summary

SIP Abacus is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive enrollment of SIP Abacus programs across Sikkim and neighboring regions. The role requires engaging school authorities, presenting to parents, and supporting franchisees.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in Sales & Marketing, with a preference for experience in education sales, and must be willing to travel extensively. Weekend work is expected.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Sign up schools for SIP Abacus programs.
• Conduct school presentations and conduct presentations for new and existing parents to promote SIP Abacus programs.
• Manage and support Franchisees.
• Handle both B2B and B2C sales.
• Achieve sales targets and expand business in the assigned territory.

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel extensively from Coochbehar to Malda including hills like Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Kurseong and entire state of Sikkim.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Skills

• Strong public speaking, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task and meet targets.
• Team handling experience preferred.

Education

• UG: Any Graduation.
• PG – MBA (preferred).

Experience

• 2 – 5 years in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in education/institutional sales is an added advantage.

Languages

• Preferred: Basic Nepali.
