Job summary

SIP Academy India Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced business development leader to establish and grow the SIP franchise network in Uttar Pradesh, starting in Lucknow and expanding statewide.

You will appoint new franchisees, drive admissions, collect royalties, train CIS, and build school partnerships across the state. Expect substantial travel (10–12 days outside the city) to nurture growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Languages: English, Hindi.
• Total years of experience: 10 to 15 years.
• Relevant years of experience: 6 to 8 years.
• Preferred background: candidates from banking, insurance, or telecom.
• Experience leading a team of at least 10 people.
• Experience in franchise or dealer appointment.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of the UP market.
• Willingness to travel within the state and 10 to 12 days outside the city.
