Aptech Limited in Kolkata invites applications for a franchisee sales role focused on expanding our education network. You will network within communities to attract new business, review sales reports and leads, and service BPs to boost enrollments and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in franchisee sales, a Graduate or MBA, excellent communication and presentation skills, and regional language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Network within communities to attract new business.
• Review sales reports, leads generated, conversions, etc.
• Serve BPs and drive enrollments and profitability.
• Prospecting, profiling, appointments, meetings, needs analysis, pitching, closing, processing and documentation, referrals and lead generation.
• Infrastructure setup for BPs, branding collaterals, connectivity, IT software setup, BP staff training, documentation and compliance.
• Support BPs in increasing student enrollments by conducting seminars at colleges and providing training and knowledge support to counsellors.
• Regular interaction with BPs, meeting students when required, resolving BP complaints, handling exceptions tactfully.

• Servicing BP, driving them to increase enrollments, profitability, etc.
• Prospecting, Profiling, Appointments, Meetings, Needs Analysis, Pitching, Closing, Processing and Documentation, obtaining referrals and lead generation.
• Infrastructure setup for BPs, Branding Marketing Collaterals, Connectivity, IT Software Setup, BP Staff Training, Documentation and Compliance.
• Supporting BPs in increasing student enrollments by conducting seminars at colleges and providing training and knowledge support to the counsellors.
• Regular interaction with BPs, meeting students when required, resolving BP complaints, handling exceptions tactfully.
