Job summary

Intell Workforce Group is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to identify, source, screen, and place technology professionals for contract and full-time opportunities across the US. This in-person role requires strong sourcing and candidate management skills.

You will work closely with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records while navigating US staffing nuances such as W2, C2C, and contract hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Experience with W2, C2C, and contract/FTE hiring is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to identify, source, screen, and place qualified technology professionals for contract and full-time opportunities across the US.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.
• Review resumes and match candidates with technical job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruiting.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA ETC
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
• Experience with W2, C2C, and contract/FTE hiring is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
