Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT Contract Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing high-quality technical talent, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract and permanent positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and vendor partnerships.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent across various technologies.
• Negotiate rates, compensation, and joining timelines with candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain recruitment reports, ATS records, and hiring metrics.
• Support vendor management and contract staffing operations when required.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with IT services, staffing, or consulting organizations.
• Exposure to US staffing or global recruitment markets is an added advantage.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters and driving recruitment initiatives.
