Job summary

Futran Tech Solutions is seeking a Technical Recruiter for Domestic IT Staffing in Pune. The role requires 1-4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other portals, screen efficiently, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding while building a robust IT talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on end-to-end IT recruitment experience.
• Proficient in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and portals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality submissions.
• Update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly.

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 1-4 years of

experience in Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

end-to-end IT recruitment and excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality submissions.
• Update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly.
