Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Testing & Quality Assurance in Pune to drive QA strategy for software applications. You will lead a team of testers, design test plans, and ensure quality across manual and automated testing efforts in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role requires strong Agile QA leadership, penetration testing, and security testing expertise, with a focus on continuous improvement and industry best practices. Hybrid work setup in India applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Masters degree with Software Engineering certifications incl. Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer.
• Oracle Certified Professional - Java SE 8 Programmer certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software applications.
• Lead a team of testing professionals to execute test cases and scenarios effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define testing objectives.
• Perform manual and automated testing activities to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify and report bugs, issues, and defects in a timely manner.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.
