Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to guide a team of testers, develop test plans, and ensure robust automated and manual testing across projects.

You will coordinate with development teams, mentor peers, and drive testing best practices in a fast-moving AI and digital solutions environment. Hybrid work setup in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (CS/CE/IT) or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Certifications in CSQA, CSTE, ISTQB demonstrate QA proficiency.
• Experience with Agile and QA automation is essential.
• Proven ability to lead testing teams and mentor peers.
