Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to guide a team of testers in delivering robust software. You will design test plans, craft cases and scripts, and partner with development teams to ensure complete coverage, both manually and automatically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a computing field and relevant QA certifications.
• Hands-on experience leading QA testing teams and agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
