Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Engineer - Testing & Quality Assurance in Bengaluru to lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies for software applications. The role involves collaborating with developers to diagnose issues, building and executing test scripts, and performing regression testing to safeguard existing functionality.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in QA methodologies, agile practices, and relevant certifications, with experience in test automation

Qualifications

• Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Masters - Software Engineering Certifications BUILD - IT/AUTOMATION TESTING.
• ISTQB CTFL certification is a plus.
• CSM & GitOps related certs are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop test scripts and plans for software applications.
• Execute test cases to identify bugs and issues in software functionality.
