Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Testing & Quality Assurance N to drive testing strategy and quality across AI-enabled software initiatives.

You will lead a team of QA professionals, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure comprehensive test coverage for complex applications. Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Masters in Software Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and delivering high‑quality software solutions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for software applications.
