Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Retail TA team in India. You will lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, align with hiring managers on needs, and develop strategies to attract top talent for our retail business.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and driving closures while maintaining SLAs and building strong partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business.
• Ensure 95% manning capacity at all times.
• Build partnership with business by understanding needs and delivering as per SLAs.
• Develop & manage respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication.
• Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures.
