Lenskart is seeking a motivated Recruiter to lead the Retail Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft sourcing strategies, and drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles within the retail organization.

The role demands proactive sourcing, rigorous interviewing, and timely closures to maintain staffing levels and meet SLAs. Excellent communication and teamwork will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment at Lenskart.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
• To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business
• To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
• Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering as per agreed SLAs
• Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication
• Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures
