Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Specialist in HRO - Payroll & Benefits to oversee end-to-end payroll and benefits operations in India. You will ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, bonuses and taxes, and administer health insurance and retirement plans while staying updated on payroll regulations.

The role requires strong data visualization, stakeholder management, and total rewards strategy skills, along with advanced English proficiency and relevant certifications (CPP/CIPP/CPA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics or finance or MBA/ MBA Analytics.
• Professional certifications CPP, CIPP and CPA demonstrate payroll expertise.
• Fluent English, advanced proficiency (C1) and strong data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Compute salaries, deductions, bonuses and taxes accurately.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to align payroll and benefits operations.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits queries.
