Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations and ensure timely payroll closure across the business. You will review payroll-related taxes and oversee monthly tax filings in line with statutory requirements.

You will coordinate with the Banking team for salary disbursements and tax payments, manage variance analysis and reconciliations, and support internal and external audits. Mentoring the payroll team is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or an MBA in related fields.
• Masters in Business Admin/Analytics preferred.
• Certifications in Employee Benefits/HR standards are advantageous.
