Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - HRO focused on Payroll & Benefits in our Kolkata location. The role involves administering COBRA and FSA plans, overseeing enrollment, processing events in PeopleSoft, and auditing benefits for accuracy.

You will handle ACA administration, resolve inquiries, and contribute to cyclical benefit programs while ensuring compliant payroll processing and timely communications with employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or MBA.
• Master’s degrees in Business Administration or Analytics are desirable.
• CPP, CIPP or CPA certifications show payroll proficiency.
• Experience with global payroll and Workday Payroll is required.
• Experience with Open enrollment, COBRA, FSA and ACA administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle vendor error reports related to eligibility.
• Administer COBRA and FSA plans for employees.
• Oversee online enrollment processes and benefit events in the system.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate enrollment and data.
• Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries and issues.
