Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• MBA or Business Analytics preferred.
• Certifications in CPP, PHR or related payroll credentials.

• Support payroll processing to ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Assist in calculating payroll components (deductions, bonuses, taxes).
• Help administer employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, leaves).
• Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll/benefits queries.
• Provide assistance to employees on routine payroll questions.
