Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - HRO with Payroll & Benefits expertise to manage global payroll processes and benefits administration. You will oversee enrollment events, handle eligibility issues, and audit enrollment accuracy while supporting open enrollment cycles and inquiries.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in PeopleSoft or Workday Payroll, with relevant degrees and payroll certifications. The role is office-based in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, economics, finance or business.
• Certifications in payroll preferred (CPP, CIPP).
• Experience with global payroll processes and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending accounts or equivalents.
• Oversee online enrollment and benefits audits to ensure accuracy.
• Process events in HRIS systems and participate in open enrollment cycles.
• Respond to employee benefit-related inquiries and support enrollment changes.
